My Name is Jake. I have been a hobby ceramicist since 2020 (ish). After filling all of my cabinets, shelves, and the cabinets and shelves of my friends and family, I finally got enough encouragement to start selling my works. So, here we are now. Thanks for visiting.

I take commissions sometimes and plan to visit a few makers markets in the Salt Lake City area each year to make room for making more things.

Outside of ceramics I love all making hobbies, from woodwork, leathercraft, brewing beer, and making music. I am very bad at saying no to new hobbies. Professionally I am a researcher at the University of Utah where I study biomedical engineering and scientific computing.
